Spring Sports: Baseball, Boys Lacrosse, Girls Lacrosse, Boys Track & Field, Girls Track & Field, Softball, Girls Flag Football (Start date 3/11/24)
Girls Badminton, Boys & Girls Golf, Boys Tennis (Start date 3/18/24)
All students who intend to participate in Spring Sports must:
Have a current physical exam on file (must be dated within one year of the start of the sport, no earlier than 3/1/23). Please make sure your child’s pediatrician checks the box “Family Cardiac History Reviewed” on the physical exam. This is in reference to the Dominic Murray Sudden Cardiac Arrest Prevent Act. REGISTRATION TO PLAY A SPORT IS NOW DONE ONLINE. Registration for all sports can only be done within 30 days of the start of the sport. Registration for Baseball, Boys & Girls Lacrosse, Boys & Girls Track & Field, Girls Flag Football and Softball is open now. Registration for Girls Badminton, Boys & Girls Golf, and Boys Tennis will open on 2/18/24.

Parent must: Log into Synergy – “Parent Vue” – choose “Interscholastic Athletics Registration” to enter registration site. Choose the language you speak so that the registration site can translate to your language. Answer all health history questions and upload physical examination.
For use of an EpiPen or an Inhaler, a Parent and Pediatrician must fill out an “Authorization for Administration of Medication in School” form (found on our website under “Medical Forms” and below). Parts A, B and C must be filled out. This form is only valid for one year. You will not be cleared without this form. If your child carries an EpiPen or an Inhaler, upload the form to the Interscholastic Athletics Registration site.

Please do not wait to register or hand in forms (medication or injury notes) on the day of tryouts! You will not be cleared in time.
To check if you are cleared, look on the Parent Vue – “Status”.

Tener un examen físico actual en el archivo (debe estar fechado dentro de un año del inicio del deporte, no antes del 3/1/23). Asegúrese de que el pediatra de su hijo marque la casilla "Antecedentes cardíacos familiares revisados" en el examen físico. Esto es en referencia a la Ley de Prevención de Paro Cardíaco Súbito de Dominic Murray. Los padres deben: Iniciar sesión en Synergy – "Parent Vue" – elegir "Registro de atletismo interescolar" para ingresar al sitio de registro. Elija el idioma que habla para que el sitio de registro pueda traducir a su idioma. Responda todas las preguntas sobre su historial médico y cargue el examen físico.
Para el uso de un EpiPen o un inhalador, los padres y el pediatra deben completar un formulario de "Autorización para la administración de medicamentos en la escuela" (que se encuentra en nuestro sitio web en "Formularios médicos" y a continuación). Las partes A, B y C deben completarse. Este formulario solo es válido por un año. No se le autorizará sin este formulario.
